The Honest Answers

Questions we get on every consult.

Will it look natural? I don't want to look frozen or "done."
If you leave looking obviously treated, we did the wrong job. Sunni's whole approach is to read your face when it moves — only soften what's working too hard, never freeze expression. Most clients hear "you look so rested" for weeks, never "did you get something done."
What if I hate it? Can it be reversed?
Botox wears off in 3-4 months — there's no permanent decision. Filler can be dissolved on the spot with hyaluronidase if you don't love it. We've done this fewer than a dozen times in 6 years, but the option is always on the table, free.
Does it hurt?
Botox: a few seconds of mild sting, less than a flu shot. Filler: numbing cream goes on first, then the filler itself contains lidocaine — most clients describe pressure, not pain. Laser hair removal: a rubber-band snap that gets shorter every session.
How long until I see results?
Botox: 3-5 days for first softening, full effect by day 14. Filler: instant volume, settles over 7-14 days. Cool Peel & microneedling: full glow at 3-4 weeks as collagen rebuilds.
Do I have to commit to a treatment to come in?
No. The consultation is 30 minutes, complimentary, and you can walk out without booking anything. We'd rather you go home and think about it than feel pushed. Most people do book the same day, but only because they want to.
What does it actually cost to maintain results?
A typical Botox maintenance schedule is ~30 units every 3-4 months — about $360 per visit, three times a year, so ~$1,080/yr. Filler clients usually do 1-2 syringes per year ($650-1,300/yr). Our Glow Society Tier 2 covers a typical client's annual Botox + a free monthly facial for $199/mo.
Are payment plans available?
Yes — we partner with Cherry and CareCredit for 0% APR financing on treatments over $400. Three-clicks application at consult, decision in under a minute, doesn't touch your credit score.
Who's actually treating me?
Every injection is performed by Sunni Moreno (founder, 12 years experience) or Callie (senior injector). Laser is Nicole (9 years) or Ashley. No rotating contractors, no trainees on faces. The person you book with is the person who treats you.
